All Injury Rehab of North Dallas

Frequently fibromyalgia patients suffer from painful muscle twitching and muscle fatigue. Muscle twitching in fibromyalgia seems to be related to the location of specific tender points throughout the body. These tender points tend to irritate nerves in the body, which may cause muscles to twitch involuntarily. Muscle fatigue can occur when there is lack of sleep, or lack of quality sleep, and the patient ends up fatigued throughout the day.

At All Injury Rehab & Chiropractic we can help treat involuntary muscle twitching by designing an exercise program which involves specific stretching and exercises. By utilizing our fitness equipment we can effectively stretch the associated muscle groups through exercise and walking regimens.
